Richard Arcilesi, Consultant/Facilitator Richard has twenty years' experience in delivery, facilitation, needs assessment, curriculum design and development. Areas of expertise include organizational development, leadership development, presentation skills, negotiating, conflict management, global awareness, supply chain management, and protocol. His clients have included nonprofit associations, banks, manufacturing, distribution, finance, and service-related companies. In addition to one-on-one coaching, Richard has worked with groups ranging in size from five to three hundred people. His international experience includes Asia, Africa, Europe, Mexico, and the Pacific Rim. Richard possesses a diverse, well-rounded background that includes finance, sales/marketing, human resources, technology, academia, and project management. He holds a bachelor's degree in business and an M.B.A. from Queens University, and a certificate from International Negotiations and Management. |
