Simulations: A simulation creates a temporary reality that gives rise to real behaviors, real energy and even some fun. The result: greater immediacy, depth and retention of what participants learn about coaching, leadership, teamwork, change, customers, communication or whatever organizational need the simulation has been focused on. Paper Planes, Inc., a full-day manufacturing-based simulation used to teach leadership, teamwork, supervision, quality control, customer focus and communication.
PressTime, an intensive, 1.5-day PC-based simulation and facilitated debriefing for upper-level teams and/or intact teams, used to duplicate organizational dynamics involved in upgrading a product under competitive pressure.
Edgework, a full-day organizational simulation that explores the cultural and team implications of change - specifically, of a joint venture between an established company and a newer, entrepreneurial, more high-tech organization.
